The Hampton Roads One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise has a strong local presence, even though they’re a national franchise. In this episode, we are joined by Lauren Wilson – the Marketing Coordinator at One Hour Comfort, and we are going to discuss how they’ve established this dominant presence.

Lauren was originally hired on to manage and grow their One Hour Cares and One Hour Comfort Club programs. Since, she has expanded within the company to take on other roles as well.

The owners of the Hampton Roads franchise recently acquired two additional One Hour franchises – one in Nashville, and they other in Cookeville, Tennessee and they are currently diving into those markets and learning how they can replicate their business model within those territories.
