But for the longest time, they’ve had a difficult time raising awareness in the local market that their store & HVAC business are completely separate. Many potential customers had gotten confused about their actual service offering and would keep scrolling.
In 2019, however, they decided it was time to really distinct the two brands and grow their residential HVAC company. Will Degroat has lead that charge, and has seen great success in doing so.
