Room Reservation Procedures

Attendees will have the following options to make reservations for the event:

Phone in reservations. Attendees may call the hotel’s reservation number: 1-800-343-7821.

Attendees will identify themselves as participants in the Group Rival Digital with the special Group code to be provided by the hotel.

E-mail reservations. Attendees can e-mail their reservation request to the e-mail rinternet@posadas.com.

*Children will be charged at Check-In and ID will be required:

0 – 4 years Complimentary

5 – 12 years $70.00 per child, per night

13 years and older kids will pay the full rate
