Hi, I’m Sophia! I’m from Syracuse, NY, originally. I moved to Denton, TX after I got hired out of college where I was a communications manager and social media specialist for a chimney company. I then moved to Fort Worth Texas last August! I graduated from Le Moyne College with a Bachelors in Communications and film studies and a minor in advanced writing in 2020. I’ve been working in marketing for 2 years now! I have a german shepherd doberman named Ferdinand.
What Led You To Work for Rival Digital?
A former co-worker of mine was approached about working for Rival Digital and passed the opportunity on to me, she thought I was more in line with Rival Digital’s needs and then I interviewed with Erik Olson!
What Is your Favorite Thing About Your Career & Why?
My favorite thing about my career is the fact that I get paid to share my ideas and be creative. I love that Eric allows me to run with my ideas and visions.
If you could have an all-expenses paid trip to anywhere in the world, where would you go?
If I could go anywhere, I think I’d choose to visit all of the National parks.
What is your favorite thing to do in the summer time?
My favorite thing to do in the summer is to swim, walk my dog and just spend as much time as I can soaking up the Texas sunshine!
If you were stranded on an island, and could only have three things with you, what would they be?
- My dog, duh!
- Texas Roadhouse rolls
- Mark (my boyfriend)

John Denver’s Greatest hits (which I own on vinyl)
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
If I could instantly become an expert in something, it would be weightlifting! I know enough, but would love to know all the ins and outs and how to continue improving and achieving my goals.
