When the pandemic hit in 2020, in-person events such as conferences quickly began to get cancelled. Because of so, many sales professionals and business owners had to shift how they marketed their business.
For Ashley Lynds at Global The Source, this meant building her personal brand, HVAC Ash, on Instagram and promoting products directly to HVAC businesses.
The result has been incredible. Even though Global sells directly to wholesalers, who in turn sell to the contractors – they have managed to become a brand personality that encourages contractors to ask questions and learn more about their products.
